• Welcome and Announcements.

• 3 nominations randomly drawn.

• Each member whose nominations were drawn is given 5 minutes to present their organization for consideration, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

• Ballots cast.

• Update from the previously selected organization while the ballots are being tallied.

• Winner announced

• Members write checks directly to the winning charity, or via our online donation link.

• We collect the checks and schedule a time to deliver to the charity. Members are welcome to come and visit the charity and learn more about them.
